Standing instructions are rules the AI honors in every post, comment and message: how to speak, what to emphasize and what never to say.

Open My business → Brand profile (/grow/brands) and pick the brand voice (friendly / professional / playful / luxury) and the emoji level.

In Setup (/grow/setup) answer the price policy (public / DM only) and the discount policy ("never offer discounts" or free text). These ride into every draft.

In the Extra info field of smart register (or the business description) write explicit rules: "never mention…", "always state…". The AI reads these as law.

Limits for auto-replies: Everything → Instagram DMs (/grow/dm) → keywords that hand off to a human and business hours.
Tip: Write instructions as short, clear sentences. "No prices in comments" works far better than a paragraph.
