Facebook + Instagram (recommended)

My business → Accounts (/grow/settings) → Connect Facebook. Log in with the user that manages the business Page.

In Facebook's dialog tick the Page and the Instagram account linked to it, and approve all permissions (publishing needs them).

Back in the app the Page appears in the business switcher. With several Pages, pick the active one.
Instagram only (no Facebook Page)
Tap Connect Instagram. Works only for a Business or Creator account — a personal account must switch first (Instagram settings → account type).
TikTok
Connect TikTok on the same page. TikTok posts are sent as drafts to your app for final approval (TikTok's requirement).
LinkedIn connection is in development — meanwhile download any post (image + caption) and upload manually.
Tip: If the connection "drops" after a few weeks — Facebook renews permissions every 60 days. Tap "Connect" again and it's back.
