My business → Credits & plan (/grow/credits) → scroll down → Cancel subscription (downgrade to Free).

Confirm. The Hyp standing order is terminated at that moment — there will be no further charge.

The account moves to the Free plan: remaining credits are kept, connected accounts and your posts are not deleted.
Tip: If the cancellation fails (error message), billing was not stopped — message us and we'll handle it manually the same day.
A yearly plan is a one-time payment — nothing to cancel; it simply ends after 12 months and never renews by itself.
